J. H. Fendrich Golf Course
Mr. Mike Wassmer, PGA Professional
Built in 1950, the par 70, 18 hole layout features several challenging holes where par is always an excellent score. Should strokes be lost on difficult #4, 8 or 10, scoring opportunities await for the focused golfer. Always in fine condition, the course is a popular choice for all skill levels.
Helfrich Hills Golf Course
Mr. Dave McAtee, PGA Professional
Built in 1923, Helfrich Hills was designed by Tom Bendelow. The course is aptly named ‘hills’ as this par 71, 18 hole layout features several challenging holes laid over a very rolling terrain. Distance control from uneven lies makes for a very interesting and challenging game. Putting is also tested as several sloping greens require great care.
The Evansville Senior City Championship Committee expresses its sincere gratitude for the effort and cooperation of the Evansville City Parks Foundation and the resident PGA Professionals and Golf Course Superintendents.
